Sundara Jimbaran Beach House. From first light to firelight

Sundara is the beach house at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay. It brings together a beachfront restaurant, bar, pool and beach access, and each part shifts with the time of day. Mornings start slowly, with specialty coffee and breakfast by the water. Lunch means fresh seafood, crudo and ceviche, and guests drift freely between the pool, the sand and the table. Afternoons are for frozen cocktails and gelato beside Bali's longest beachfront pool.

As the sun lowers over Jimbaran Bay, Sundown Socials begin. The music changes, the first flames are lit, and our Golden Hour cocktail is poured at the table as a nightly toast to the sunset. Then the grill takes over. Whole fish, premium seafood and aged meats are cooked over open fire and shared across the table, following the grilling tradition that runs the length of Jimbaran's shoreline.

Every Thursday, the Chef's Table offers an intimate degustation of seafood and local produce, with the story behind each course told by Chef Gavin. Sundays are set aside for Pink Brunch, a long beachfront gathering built around generous sharing plates and live stations. Live acoustic sets, vocalists and percussionists play nightly, with guest artists on selected evenings, and keep the night going well after the sun has gone.
