Inspired by Jimbaran’s traditional coconut-husk fired barbecues and led by technique and storytelling, Sundara delivers oceanside dining at its finest. Our nightly choice of three distinct degustation dinner menus—Seasonal, Gourmet and Farmers—showcase bold, fresh flavours to complement fiery sunset views. Every dish is layered with an element of wood, smoke or fire as Chef de Cuisine David Gavin and the culinary team slow-cook, house-smoke and flame-grill premium meats, market fresh seafood, plant-based delights and desserts to perfection. We have an extensive selection of umami-packed vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes, and the chefs are happy to cater for any specific dietary requirements.

All-Day 11am-10pm daily
A comfort-driven, casual menu matches the carefree, sunny vibes at Sundara during the day. From zingy salads to fresh pizza, graze beach club favourites al fresco throughout the afternoon overlooking the 57-metre infinity pool. Sip creative cocktails, traditional arak, wines, and craft beer with a view in the Bar Lounge. Then head to the restaurant for laidback dining with a front-row seat to an unforgettable Jimbaran Bay sunset. Kaftans, flip flops, and beach reads welcome.
