Experience one of the most distinctive Chef's Table experiences in Bali at Sundara, Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay. Inspired by Jimbaran's rich fishing heritage, Chef de Cuisine David Gavin presents a thoughtfully curated six-course menu celebrating the finest seafood, hyper-local ingredients, and contemporary culinary techniques.

Drawing on over 15 years of fine dining expertise, each course showcases the flavours of Bali's coastline through a refined culinary journey that highlights seasonality, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Set within Sundara's open kitchen, this intimate dining experience offers a unique perspective on Bali's vibrant seafood culture.

Available every Thursday from 2 July onwards, guests may select their preferred dining time between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. The six-course menu is priced at IDR 1,500,000++ per person, with an optional wine pairing available for IDR 1,000,000++ per person.

Following dessert, guests are invited to continue their evening at TELU, where petits fours and after-dinner beverages provide the perfect conclusion to this immersive culinary experience.
