Inspired by Jimbaran’s traditional seafood BBQs, our nightly dinner menu presents bold, fresh flavours to complement the fiery sunset views. Everything – even desserts – is layered with an element of wood, smoke or fire as Chef de Cuisine David Gavin and the culinary team slow-cook, house-smoke and flame-grill premium meats, market fresh seafood and plant-based dishes to perfection, and layer them with the distinct flavours of the Spice Islands. We have an extensive selection of umami-packed vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes, and the chefs are happy to cater for any specific dietary requirements.

All-Day 11am-10pm daily
The All-Day menu offers light and casual beach-club fare that pops with regional flavours—ideal for lounging away the afternoon by the 57-metre infinity-edged pool or winding down the day with a front-row seat to the sunset over Jimbaran Bay.

Sunday Brunch 11am-4pm
Enjoy beachfront gazing and grazing with an unlimited selection of small plates for you to enjoy maximum variety of our international flavours, with a big emphasis on the freshest seafood from Jimbaran Fish Markets.
