Inspired by Jimbaran’s traditional seafood BBQs, our nightly dinner menu presents bold, fresh flavours to complement the fiery sunset views. Everything – even desserts – is layered with an element of wood, smoke or fire as Chef de Cuisine David Gavin and the culinary team slow-cook, house-smoke and flame-grill premium meats, market fresh seafood and plant-based dishes to perfection, and layer them with the distinct flavours of the Spice Islands. BBQ boards allow diners to share a wide variety of dishes from the sea, land and field, served with house-made condiments. We have an extensive selection of umami-packed vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes, and the chefs are happy to cater for any specific dietary requirements.
