Gusi Ketut Gde Ary Perdana
Originally from Denpasar, Ary left the nest after completing his Food & Beverage Management Diploma, heading overseas to luxury hotels in Singapore and Malaysia. He returned to his island home of Bali in 2005, joining the team at Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay as a waiter. He was promoted up through the ranks and was part of Sundara’s opening team in 2012, helping to set the benchmark for Sundara's legendary service. Ary's calm, positive nature and genuine warmth are his trademark, and he is a respected leader and role model for our team.
