Executive Pastry Chef
A 17 year Four Seasons veteran from the South of France, David brings over 25 years of pastry experience from around the world to Sundara. He started his Four Seasons journey in 2004 as opening Pastry Commis at Four Seasons Provence Terre Blanche, literally across the valley from his home. He left his hometown to develop his skills and leadership across six Four Seasons properties in five countries – adding French Polynesia, UAE, Egypt and Seychelles – before moving to Indonesia which coincidentally is the home of his wife.
Beside his love for pastry and chocolate art, David enjoys above all sharing, training and developing his pastry team to help them achieve their individual goals and dreams.
